Medispirex
Advanced anatomical locking plates, screws, and reconstructive implants designed for osteosynthesis and bone fracture fixation.
A trusted global manufacturer facilitating critical clinical interventions with state-of-the-art implant metallurgy.
Medispirex Orthopedic Technology Co., Ltd. is a leading professional manufacturer specializing in spine and orthopedic implant solutions. Founded in 2016 and occupying a modern production facility of approximately 18,600㎡, we integrate advanced research and development (R&D), precision manufacturing, and structured global distribution. Our core product portfolio serves trauma surgery, spine stabilization, and joint reconstruction applications, providing surgeons and healthcare institutions with critical medical devices that restore mobility and structural integrity.
Backed by an annual export revenue of USD 18 million, Medispirex has established a robust international footprint. Our growth is built upon 7 years of direct export experience combined with 12 years of specialized industry expertise. Under a strict quality management system, every medical device undergoes comprehensive validation protocols: incoming material inspection, in-process quality control, final product testing, and complete batch traceability systems. We utilize sophisticated mechanical testing, dimensional inspections, and chemical composition analysis to guarantee that our implants meet the rigorous standards expected by surgeons worldwide.
Why medical device distributors choose Medispirex for high-precision OEM/ODM production and stable, scalable delivery.
We source high-grade titanium alloys (Ti-6Al-4V ELI conforming to ASTM F136) and ultra-pure surgical stainless steels. By leveraging China’s mature industrial ecosystem, we maintain direct partnerships with top-tier raw material smelters, ensuring batch consistency, minimal trace impurities, and superior fatigue resistance.
Our facility utilizes automated Swiss-type lathes and multi-axis CNC machining centers. This high-density production capability enables us to produce complex pre-contoured anatomical geometry with tolerances within ±0.01mm, ensuring a seamless interface between screw threads and lock plates.
Operating with a network of over 860 upstream and downstream partners, we eliminate bottlenecks in surface finishing (anodic oxidation), sterile packaging, and export logistics. Medispirex secures stable cost advantages and passes these savings directly to our global distributors.
"In the medical device supply chain, price stability and reliability are non-negotiable. Medispirex utilizes automated smart warehousing and integrated manufacturing lines to secure steady throughput, shielding hospital procurement systems from material shortages and volatile global shipping schedules."

A technical overview of orthopedic fixation methods, stress distribution, and biological healing profiles.
Modern osteosynthesis relies on the biological fixation philosophy, which seeks to preserve blood supply to the bone fragments. Traditional dynamic compression plates rely on friction between the plate and bone surface, which can compress the periosteum and compromise cortical vascularization. Medispirex locking systems construct a fixed-angle construct where the plate does not need to press against the bone to achieve stability. This minimizes contact, reduces the risk of bone necrosis, and provides superior stability under load-bearing applications.
Orthopedic implants must possess a low modulus of elasticity to mitigate the effects of "stress shielding," a phenomenon where the metal implant carries all the load, causing adjacent bone to lose density. By utilizing Ti-6Al-4V ELI (ASTM F136), our implants offer a biomechanical profile closer to natural cortical bone than standard stainless steel. Following CNC finishing, our plates undergo anodization. This electrochemical process produces a protective oxide layer that enhances corrosion resistance, reduces friction coefficient against soft tissues, and allows color-coding for surgical identification.
In complex articular fractures such as those affecting the distal radius, traditional fixed-angle locking screws can fail to address fragmented intra-articular segments. Medispirex Variable-Angle (VA) locking technology allows the surgeon to angle the screw up to 15 degrees in any direction from the central axis of the plate hole. This mechanical freedom enables targeted fixation of subchondral bone fragments, optimizing clinical outcomes in osteoporotic patients and complex comminuted fractures.
Helping international distributors, surgical teams, and healthcare networks navigate complex regulatory approvals.
Our manufacturing facility operates under the ISO 13485 quality management standard for medical devices. We provide full technical documentation (Technical Files) that conform to the European Medical Device Regulation (MDR 2017/745), simplifying the import registration process in major global markets.
For specialized surgical approaches, we support product modifications, custom laser marking, and dedicated surgical kit configurations. Our engineering team converts custom concepts into clinical-ready implants in alignment with international biocompatibility standards.
We assist our partners in developing validated sterilization cycles (Gamma or EO gas) and offer specialized non-sterile bulk packaging or sterile double-barrier blister packs. Our logistics department coordinates with customs compliance experts to ensure safe delivery across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.
