The length is perfectly consistent with the anatomy of the FEMORAL medullary cavity.
Designed to further improve the fixation strength of osteoporosis. The Blunt End Design of the locking screw reduces the risk of excessive penetration.
Short nail: diameter of 8.0/ 9.5mm, length of 160mm.
Long nail: diameter of 7.0/ 8.5mm, length of 180-315mm (15mm interval).
All nails have left and right type configurations, composed of biocompatible titanium alloy material. The diameter is suitable for all applications, supporting simple operation and minimally invasive implantation.
Multi-plane and Multi-locking screw fixation options provide multiple alternatives for operations to achieve optimal fixation stability. Features a screw-in-screw design to further improve the fixation strength of osteoporosis. Designed with a blunt head locking screw to reduce the risk of excessive penetration, alongside a locking screw countersinking design to reduce soft tissue irritation.
Short screw: Features two different plane holes for locking.
Long screw: Features three locking holes positioned to avoid important blood vessels, located in the safe area between the median nerve and the radial nerve. Two anterior and posterior locking holes facilitate manual operation, minimizing the occurrence of rotation and displacement of distal fracture.
Nail diameter should be 30-40% of the narrowest transverse diameter of the medullary cavity.
Recommended sizing guidelines: 3mm for ages 6-8; 3.5mm for ages 9-11; 4.0mm for ages 12-14.
Special design of compression holes helps to increase the stability of transverse or short oblique fractures. Features a self-sustaining compression mechanism, meaning no static screw is needed to maintain compression during operation.
Compared with G3 which features a radian radius of 1.5m, the distal location of TFNA with a radian radius of 1.0m in the center of the medullary cavity is twice as likely as that of G3.
