Design & Technical Features
Radian Radius Design
1 1.0m Radian Radius

The nail length is engineered to be fully consistent with the anatomical structure of the FEMORAL medullary cavity.

Screw-in-screw Design
2 Screw-in-Screw Design

Specially designed to further improve the fixation strength of osteoporosis. The blunt end design of the locking screw reduces the risk of excessive penetration.

Nail Dimensions
3 Versatile Nail Configurations

Short nail: diameter of 8.0/ 9.5mm, length of 160mm.
Long nail: diameter of 7.0/ 8.5mm, length of 180-315mm (15mm interval).
All nails are available in left and right types, constructed from biocompatible titanium alloy. The diameter is suitable for all applications. Implantation features simple operation and minimally invasive technique.

Detailed Mechanism Breakdown
Proximal fixation detail
Proximal Fixation

Multi-plane and Multi-locking screw fixation options, offering multiple options for operation to achieve optimal fixation stability. Features a screw-in-screw design to further improve the fixation strength of osteoporosis. The blunt head of the locking screw design reduces the risk of excessive penetration, while the locking screw countersinking design reduces soft tissue irritation.

Distal fixation detail
Distal Fixation

Short screw: Two different plane holes for locking.
Long screw: Three locking holes located in the safe area between the median nerve and the radial nerve, avoiding critical blood vessels. Two anterior and posterior locking holes facilitate manual operation, minimizing the occurrence of rotation and displacement of distal fractures.

Elastic Nail detail
Elastic Nail

Nail diameter should measure 30-40% of the narrowest transverse diameter of the medullary cavity. Suggested application values: 3.0mm for ages 6-8 years; 3.5mm for ages 9-11 years; 4.0mm for ages 12-14 years.

Compression detail
Compression Mechanism

Special design of compression holes helps to increase the stability of transverse or short oblique fractures. Features a self-sustaining compression mechanism; no static screw is needed to maintain compression during surgical operation.

TFNA System
TFNA System

Compared with G3 with a radian radius of 1.5m, the distal location of TFNA with a radian radius of 1.0m in the center of the medullary cavity is twice as likely as that of the G3 system.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?

Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc., or post upon request from clients.

Q2: Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?

Yes, our manufacturing practices and products conform to international medical device production standards including ISO9001, ISO 13485, and CE.

Q3: What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?

We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning in order to test our products in their market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.

Q4: Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?

Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may take a little longer time for delivery.
