What is the minimum order value? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least USD 500. However, we understand that clients may need to place smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.

Can I order custom orthopedic products not shown in the online catalogue?
Of course. You can send us product pictures, technical specifications, or physical samples. Please note that customized orders may require a slightly longer processing and delivery timeframe.

Do you have stock for listed products, and what are your payment terms?
Generally, we maintain consistent stock levels for standard listed items, which are replenished monthly depending on sales volume. For payment terms: Orders <= USD 800 require 100% advance payment. Orders > USD 800 require 30% T/T in advance, with the balance settled before shipment. We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, and PayPal.
