Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, our products are manufactured in compliance with international quality standards, and we hold ISO9001, ISO 13485, and CE approvals.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be least at US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller samples orders in the beginning in order to test market our products. We could offer the free samples, but do not pay the cost of freight.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. But this takes a little longer time for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we have stock for every listed product, which is produced monthly. However, it depends on our sales condition. It is best to consult our sales representative for accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments less than or equal to 800 USD, 100% in advance is required. For payments greater than 800 USD, we require 30% T/T in advance, and the balance before shipment. Accepted payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
